At the training, Dr. Pham Xuan Mai - THACO's Science, Technology and Training Advisor conveyed the problems in methodological theory R4D (R for D), R4D on cars, R4D people in THACO, which focused on the contents: new product development, product development processes, decoding technologies, 5D methods in automotive product design, project R4D organization and management, localization problem, the skills required of the personnel working in R & D departments of THACO, etc.

Through the training, the participants have mastered the basic steps in the project R4D organization, build the product development process, how to review and evaluate products of competitors, then apply these on practical product research and development in the plants.
